About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an organised, customer service focused, career driven individual wanting to join Australasia’s leading real estate group and step right in to a well established team of high performing and award winning Sales Consultants. As a Sales Associate with Ray White Gawler, you will be mentored and supported in your sales journey and for those with the drive, persistence and self-discipline the rewards are ample with training provided throughout all stages of your career and new responsibilities introduced as the role evolves.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing administrative aspects of our agents appraisal and sales process
* Assisting with buyer management
* Lead generation
* Booking and completing appraisals for clients
* Building and nurturing a database of clients
* Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping
About You:
As an ideal candidate, you will have –
* Experience in relationship management, excellent personal presentation, strong work ethic and high customer service standards
* Self-motivated attitude with a strong passion for owners and tenants
* Ability to prioritise and organise daily tasks
* Excellent time-management
* Obsessive attention to detail
* Fluent understanding of an array of computer programs and/or databases
* Outstanding communication skills
* Team player mentality
* Ability to work autonomously
Advantageous, but not necessary:
* Completed or enrolled & studying the Sales Representative Course
* Hold a current Sales Representative licence
* Previous sales and customer service experience
