• Real estate experience
• Well presented
• Confident and friendly both over the phone and in person
• Motivating, proactive and enthusiastic
• Certificate IV in real estate is a must
• Advanced computer skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
• Customer service focus with a positive can-do attitude
• Reliable vehicle

What you would do:
• Liaise with vendors, purchasers and prospective clients
• Documentation and administration duties
• Preparing for open home inspections
• Coordinating photoshoots, floor plans and marketing material as required
• Text writing and proofing of property advertising as required
• Database management and client care
• Preparing reports as required
• Providing ongoing support to your team
• Open inspection support
