A newcomer to the Ray White Gawler/Willaston team, Kai Lavis understands that being new to the industry also means learning from the ground up and this hardworking young man is prepared to do the work to succeed.
With a three-year plan to hopefully become a listing agent, Kai is out of the office most days, hitting the pavement with property information and also familiarising himself with areas surrounding the Gawler-based office.
A newcomer to the industry – but not to the area – Kai went to school in Gawler and became interested in real estate after learning that hard work can equate to great results in the industry.
Currently studying real estate while also immersing himself in his role, Kai says he’s particularly interested in Auctions and the Auction process.
In terms of the team at Ray White Gawler/Willaston he says it’s great to see people working together cooperatively to build each other up.
When he’s not working or studying the Evanston Gardens local likes to work with friends on cars.
Kai says he views his role as a kind of ‘three-year apprenticeship,’ and he hopes to transition next into working with buyers before eventually becoming a listing and selling agent in the future.
