About the Role:
A Property Management Assistant with Ray White Gawler is an amazing opportunity for an organised, keen to learn, career driven individual wanting to join the real estate industry and to step right in to a well established team and well maintained portfolio of residential properties.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Co-managing a portfolio of properties
• Liaising and building relationships with landlords and tenants, adding value to their investment journey
• Marketing and leasing properties
• Outgoing inspections and bond resolution
• Routine inspections
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Management of repairs and maintenance
